Hey guys! Hope you’re all having a good week so far. I swear I’ve been trying to get this post up for like five days straight now. If you’re in school as well, I’m sure you’re all too familiar with the “I should be studying” guilt I’ve been feeling (and currently feeling), especially around this time of year. But my brain needs a break so I decided to quickly get this post up for you guys. Hopefully, it will inspire your exam season style and we can all pretend like we have our ish together in our cute outfits. Continue reading

Bell Sleeves & Jeans
This has been one of my favourite outfits this past month! I’ve worn it quite a few times but have tried to make it different by switching up some of the pieces. For example, I’ve worn this look with my favourite pair of black skinnies instead of these dark grey/charcoal ones and with a few different bag and coat options. Actually, I think the only thing that has stayed consistent is the bell sleeve top I’m wearing. I’ve been completely obsessed with it Continue reading
Closet Staples
Hey guys! How’s everyone doing? Hope the answer is “great” or if you’re in school and it’s midterm season at least an “I’m surviving”. I’m also in midterm season and it’s a busy time so I’ll be keeping my post shorter than usual. Hope that’s cool with you guys but the pictures are the best part anyways, right? Continue reading
Falling for Fall Fashion at Place D’Orleans

Fall is finally here!!! We’ve already talked about why I love fall and fall fashion so much (if you missed that convo read it here). But this fall, I have even more of a reason to be excited for the season thanks to Place D’Orleans‘ “Fall for a Fabulous Find”campaign. Place teamed up with myself, Alyssa Beltempo, Emily Smith and Erin Elizabeth and challenged us to style our best head to toe fall outfit with pieces we could find at the mall. I was so thrilled at this opportunity because of course I love a good fashion challenge and Place is somewhere I go to quite often since it’s in my area, and did I mention that I love fall fashion!? Krowd Magazine Street Style Feature
Hey guys! Happy labour day weekend! I’m heading to a cottage this weekend to enjoy the last bit of summer. But while I wait on everyone else (I’m usually the last one out the door but not today #winning) I thought I’d quickly share with you these outfit shots. About two weeks ago the lovely people at Krowd Magazine asked to feature me in their street style section and of course I said yes! I met up with one of their awesome photographers Odusi Oladimeg downtown here in Ottawa, Continue reading
Back to School with Simons
Who’s ready to go back to school!? Are you raising your hand? No? Me neither. I used to like going back to school when I was in high school, hmmm actually make that elementary school. Back to university just marks the beginning of stress season, all nighters, eating terribly, looking like a zombie with unwashed hair…should I go on? As much as school can be a complete and total pain, I always try to remember how lucky I am to have the opportunity to go to school and how valuable education is. Continue reading
Outfit Round Up: Bluesfest 2016
Hey guys! In my last post,I shared an outfit with you that I styled for Bluesfest. Like I mentioned last time, it was my first time attending the festival and I had a blast!! My favourite shows were Belly (surprisingly), The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Nelly. I would’ve definitely added Drake to that list had he shown up as the surprise guest at the Future show like the rumours were saying. I’m not even going to go into that because the disappointment was soooo real *ugly cries*. Continue reading
Festival Fashion
A couple of weeks ago my lovely blogger friend Katie of Yow City Style contacted me for a festival fashion collab. She challenged me to style my best festival outfit with pieces I could find at the Bayshore Shopping Centre for her take over of the Bluesfest fashion instagram account. For those who don’t know, Bluesfest is a 10 day music festival here in Ottawa that features a range of different awesome artists every summer. This year will actually be my first time attending (for my Ottawa people I know I’m crazy! I’ve lived here Continue reading
Beyonce O’Clock
Hi everyone!! I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I’m not even going to explain myself and go into it because I’ll be doing it every time I post it seems. I hate these huge gaps between my posts but I swear there’s just not enough hours in a day! Every time I say that, I remember a meme I saw once that read something like “You have the same amount of hours in a day as Beyonce”. I think this meme is supposed to be motivating but it really isn’t. Like let’s not forget Beyonce is an A-list celebrity with Continue reading
Spring Neutrals
Hey guys! How are you all? Anyone else suuuper excited that it’s finally actually looking like spring here?! Mother Nature has been playing us lately with last minute snow storms, freezing rain and fake sunshine, but finally the temperatures are climbing. Still, the day I wore this look was one of those days where you look outside and a huge smile spreads on your face because your like OMG sun!! Then, you step outside in a cute (not winter appropriate) outfit and proceed to regret all the choices you made. I was fooled by the sun. It was cold af, but I wasn’t about to let winter win so I carried on in the cold (but really it’s Continue reading
