Hey guys, Happy Saturday! I never thought I would be an overalls kind of girl but turns out I kinda am. I had never tried any on before this shoot. They always came off so country farm girl to me which isn’t my style, so I never thought to try and make them work for me. But when Wild Blue Denim offered to send me some pieces to share on my Instagram, I saw these overalls on the list of options and thought it was the perfect opportunity to try and make them work.

Do you guys ever have those moments where the perfect outfit comes to mind and you start pulling and pairing items in your closet and end up with an outfit that makes you say “yes!”? That’s pretty much how this outfit came to mind. I really feel like I made overalls work for me which I’m super happy about! No cowgirl vibes here. Actually, this outfit gives me quite the opposite feel. It made me feel quite Parisian. I’m not sure why, probably my brain looking for another reason why I neeed to go to Paris someday but I’m not mad about it. I think the key to taking overalls away from the farm is pairing them with pieces that don’t give off that vibe. The way I did this, was by pairing mine with pieces that I felt were more elegant, like this white coat and tie-neck blouse.
