So apparently, these boots were made for walking because all the shots I liked from this outfit shoot were ones where I was mid-strut. I usually like to get a little more variety in the shots I share with you guys but we’re just going to have to work with what we’ve got. I clearly can’t get enough of these Aldo booties! They’ve quickly become a favourite of mine since they work with so many looks. The best part is that they are super comfortable, I’ve walked in them for hours before my feet have started to hurt. It’s safe to say that I waited too long to post this look since it’s gotten so cold here. But hopefully, some of you live somewhere where you can still get away with a similar outfit. Have you ever worn a coat any other colour than your typical black or grey and felt like you stood out like a sore thumb? “You look Amish.” That’s the lovely comment I got from my mother when she first saw me in this hat 😂. My answer: “Bishh swerve!!” No I’m kidding! She would’ve killed me. It went more like this: “Well I’m the cutest Amish I’ve ever seen, so bye Felicia!” My mom literally comes up with the funniest ways to describe some of the pieces in my closet, especially the ones she’s not so fond of. Another one of my favourite examples is her calling Harem pants “diarrhea pants”. Yup that’s what I deal with lol. Anyone else have a family member that just doesn’t understand your style?
