Happy Monday, friends! Hope your week is off to a good start. If not, I hope this post makes it a little better, after all there’s nothing like finding some good outfit inspo…or is that just me? I wore this look out to a celebratory sushi lunch last week and as usual I kept it simple but chic. Jeans, a simple top and a pair of black boots are what I use as the base of many of my looks. From there I add other pieces to liven things up. Here I added this great transitional grey coat and gorgeous statement necklace, both of which are from Forever 21.

I’m off to Mexico in a couple of days, I hope to be able to post while I’m there but I’m not sure I will be able to. Either way you can keep up with my travels over on my Instagram and I’ll hopefully be posting a travel blog post when I return. Talk soon!
