Hey guys! Happy Monday! Hope you guys have enjoyed your long weekend. I spent mine in Montreal for a baptism and other family things which was great but wow was the weather disappointing. The temperature has dropped so quickly and I swear it’s been the shortest summer of my life. I’m starting my Master’s this year so that’s probably why it felt so short. The days have just been flying by as I’ve been scrambling to make the most of them before school. But here we are, September has arrived and it’s time for me to start a new chapter!
Going back to school is a sure thing. But let’s be real the temperatures staying as they are probably isn’t. If I know anything it’s that the weather in Ottawa is unpredictable af. Good thing for me because I can share more warm weather outfits like this one with you guys as I’m sure we’re bound to get a few more good days. Oh and I forget all the time, but I know that some of you who keep up with me on here are lucky enough to live somewhere where the sun is always shining, so I’m happy to keep providing you with some inspo.
This outfit has been one of my favourite and most repeated looks of the summer. It incorporates some of my most reached -for pieces this season, like my leopard print espadrilles, mini backpack, and denim cut-offs. Also, my love for bell-sleeved tops hasn’t died. I’ve been loving this blouse in ∝particular since it’s been a great piece to reach for when I wanted something a little more dressed up but breathable for those hot summer days. I really enjoyed the sort of boho vibes that it brought to this look when paired with the espadrilles.
Hope you enjoyed this post and good luck to everyone going back to school!
